TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


  • Vehicle Readiness
  • It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner or representative to ensure the vehicle is mechanically ready before arriving for the chassis dyno session.
  • A "mechanically ready" vehicle is defined as being in proper working condition, free of major mechanical or safety issues, and prepared to safely undergo dyno testing.


  • Pre-Dyno Inspection
  • CMS Performance Pty Ltd reserves the right to conduct a pre-inspection of the vehicle to verify its readiness for the dyno
  • If the vehicle fails the inspection due to mechanical or safety issues, the session will not proceed.


  • Common Issues leading to ending dyno session
  • Leaking fluids (oil, coolant, fuel, etc.).
  • Faulty or improperly secured drivetrain components.
  • Unstable or unsafe suspension systems.
  • Electrical or ECU issues that prevent proper operation.
  • Any poorly setup modifications that could lead to failure.


  • Booking Deposits
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable if the customer fails to show up for the session or cancels without rebooking another session.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new session once if rescheduling is requested in advance.
  • A second cancellation or failure to attend will require a new deposit for any further bookings.


  • Rescheduling and Fees
  • If a vehicle is deemed not ready for the session, the customer may reschedule once the issues are resolved.
  • A re-inspection or rescheduling fee may apply.


  • Liability and Safety Waiver
  • CMS Performance Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing mechanical issues or failures that occur during the preliminary inspection or while attempting the dyno session.
  • By booking a session, the customer acknowledges that chassis dyno testing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, mechanical failure or damage to the vehicle.
  • The customer agrees to waive all claims against CMS Performance Pty Ltd for damages arising from these risks, except in cases of gross negligence by CMS Performance Pty Ltd.
  • The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CMS Performance Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the vehicle’s condition or performance during the session.


  • Communication
  • Customers are encouraged to disclose any known issues or modifications to the service provider before the session.
  • Lack of disclosure may result in disqualification from the session without a refund.


  • Cancellation Policy
  • Customers who cancel less than 24 hours in advance or arrive with an unready vehicle may forfeit their deposit or incur a cancellation fee.


  • Acknowledgment
  • By booking a chassis dyno session, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
